Food Safety in Catering Level II

The Food Safety Course is a requirement for all food handlers, both preparing and serving (ie. Stewardess / Stewards, Chefs, Catering staff. This course will provide individuals with the knowledge of how to safely & hygienically store, handle, cook and serve food on-board.

  • Minimum age: 14 Years

  • Duration: 1 Days

This course is aimed at those planning on working as interior crew on Super Yachts & Ships where they will be required to prepare and serve food as well as Chefs / Food Handlers.
